Shipping Information
Orders are shipped from Minnesota, USA, typically (though not guaranteed) within 3 business days of order placement. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your order to arrive, or as determined by the shipping option you selected during check-out.

Return Policy & Procedures
We are happy to accept your returns and will refund your credit card for the full amount of items purchased, but kindly ask that you meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be in original condition for a refund. Refunds are not available on items no longer in new condition. If the item was damaged during shipping, please see Damaged Items below.

  • Include your packing slip and/or order number if possible. Make sure that your Name, Address, Phone Number, and e-mail address is included.

  • Pack items securely in the original packaging. Ship via UPS or Fedex with delivery confirmation, or US Post with delivery signature verification. GateWorld Store is not responsible for returned merchandise that is lost in transit without proof of delivery.

  • Return your items within 14 days of delivery date. No refunds will be available after this period.

  • Please include your reason for the return.

    Please allow 7 to 14 business days after receipt of returned merchandise for processing refund requests.

    NOTE: We apologize, but original and return shipping costs cannot be refunded. We also regret that we cannot return items that do not meet the returns criteria to you. GateWorld Store cannot accept packages that arrive with unpaid duty and/or customs fees, or packages that come 'Postage Due.'

    Exchange Policy
    GateWorld Store does not accept any exchanges at this time, except for items damaged during shipping. See Damaged Items below.

    Damaged Items
    If you have received damaged merchandise, please notify us via e-mail or phone within 3 business days, and we will work to replace or refund your order as soon as possible.

    Cancellation Policy
    If you need to cancel your order, please contact us via e-mail or phone within 24 hours of placing it.

    Sales Tax
    State law requires GateWorld Store to collect sales tax only on orders billed within New Jersery and Minnesota. The tax rate will be fixed at 7% for orders shipping to New Jersey, and 6.5% for orders shipping to Minnesota.

    Shipping Methods
    Shipping & handling charges are based on the weight of the items in your order. These charges are calculated during the checkout process. Costs are displayed before the final order is placed. This amount may be amended at the point of fulfillment. You will receive an amended order summary if your shipping charges change.

    When your order is placed, your credit card will be charged for the order total and an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you provided at checkout.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: These will be sent via US Postal Service - Express Mail International, no matter which option is selected. The delivery is normally 6 to 10 business days for most countries. Please contact us to request expedited international shipping rates.

    Shipping costs calculated during checkout are close estimates. This amount may be amended at the point of fulfillment. You will receive an amended order summary if your shipping charges change. All international shipments will be insured for the price of the merchandise purchased.

    DOMESTIC ORDERS: You may select from the following shipping options:

    Ground (5 to 7 business days) Ships via USPS Postal Service or UPS Ground Service, depending on lowest shipping cost. Order tracking information is available on UPS shipments and will be included in your e-mail notification when your order ships.

    Priority (3 to 5 business days) Ships via USPS Priority Service or UPS Ground Service, depending on lowest shipping cost. Order tracking information is available on UPS shipments and will be included in your e-mail notification when your order ships.

    Express (1 to 2 business days) Ships via UPS 2nd Day Air Service. Order tracking information is available and will be included in your e-mail notification when your order ships. Saturday / Sunday delivery is not available.

    Payment Methods
    GateWorld Store accepts payment using Visa or Mastercard credit cards and through PayPal. We are not able to accept any other form of payment, including, but not limited to, personal check, money order, or wire transfer.

    All payments are to be made in U.S. Dollars (USD).
